Returns

Due to the personal nature of oral care products, we are only able to accept returns for items that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, within 7 days of delivery.

To initiate a return, please email us at [your email] with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll share return instructions. Please note: return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not what you expected, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund—your choice.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you and process a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear.
